Print Them and Pin Them Up
Fourteen posters we drew up for the walls of small offices around Fort Myers. Each one covers a single thing people actually get caught by, in plain English, and none of them need a login or a training portal. Grab the PNG, run it on the office copier, stick it above the printer. They’re free to use inside your own business.
How to get people to read them
A wall covered in fourteen posters turns into wallpaper by Thursday. Four things worth doing.
Pick two
Start with whatever nearly bit you last. If someone in accounting got a fake invoice email in March, put the invoice impostor one up and skip the rest for now.
Print at 11 x 17
They hold up at 11 x 17. Letter size works too, but the small print on the bingo card and the anatomy one gets tight and people won’t squint.
Where to hang them
Over the printer, next to the coffee machine, on the back of the bathroom door (that one gets read more than any wall in the building, which nobody wants to admit). Hallways don’t work, everyone is walking.
Swap them monthly
People stop seeing a poster after about three weeks. Rotate in a new one and the old one gets noticed again when it comes back.

Before you ask
Can we put our own logo on them?
Not on these files, the HenkTek logo is baked into the artwork. If you want a set with your own branding on it, email us and we can talk about it. We have done it for a couple of clients already.
Can I use them at more than one office?
Yes. Print as many as you want for your own company, any location. What we ask is that you don’t sell them or hand them out as your own material.
Is there a PDF version?
There is, we just haven’t put them up yet. The PNGs print fine from Word or straight from the browser. If you need the print PDFs for a commercial printer, ask and we’ll send them over.
Does hanging these count as security awareness training?
No, and we’d rather say so. A poster reminds someone of a thing they already half know. It won’t stop a well written invoice fraud email on a busy Friday afternoon. Posters plus a phishing test plus somewhere to report a suspicious message is what actually moves the number. The posters are the cheapest part of that, which is why they’re free.
