Every price below is what Amazon showed on October 25, 2026. I will recheck them during Black Friday week (November 24 to 28) and update this post.

Black Friday lands on November 27 this year, with Cyber Monday on November 30. Every year the ads are full of TVs, and every year a few Fort Myers offices call us in December after buying the wrong router or a “deal” that was never really a deal. So this time I’m posting the baseline first.

Everything on this list is gear we have already written about on this site, and most of it was on our Prime Big Deal Days list in October. Next to each one you’ll see the price today. When the sales start, compare against that number, not the crossed out “List Price.” If a Black Friday price isn’t at least 10 to 15 percent under today’s, you can skip it and lose nothing.

HenkTek may earn a small commission if you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you.

Why a baseline matters this year

A few prices have already crept up since early October. The UGREEN DisplayLink dock was $119.67 during the October sale and it’s $169.99 today. The CyberPower UPS went from $227.95 to $239.95. That’s normal before a big sale, and it’s exactly how a “30% off” sticker ends up saving you $6. Write today’s number down, or just bookmark this page.

Two other tips. If your office buys through an Amazon Business account, check the price there too, because it doesn’t always match the regular page. And year end is when a lot of small businesses spend what’s left in the budget, so if you’re planning to replace computers anyway, read our post on refurbished desktops and Section 179 and talk to your accountant before December 31.

Security keys and endpoint protection

YubiKey 5C NFC security key

The YubiKey 5C NFC is $58.00 today. It has sat at exactly $58 since late July, including through Prime week, so any drop on Black Friday is a real one. If the office still uses text message codes for Microsoft 365, this is the upgrade I’d make first. Our YubiKey 5 review explains which model to get.

Bitdefender GravityZone Business Security

Bitdefender GravityZone Small Business Security (one device, one year) is $29.99 today. It dropped to $25.49 during the October sale, so that’s the number to beat. It’s a single device license, which suits a home office or a sole proprietor. For a whole office, buying seats directly usually works out cheaper, and our GravityZone review walks through the math. If you’re trying to pick between the two big names, our Malwarebytes vs Bitdefender comparison lays it out for a small office.

Backup and storage

Battery backup, two bay network storage box and switch on a small office closet shelf
Synology DS225+ two bay NAS

The Synology DS225+ is $364.97 today. It went as low as $310.24 in October, so if Black Friday brings it back near $310, that’s a good buy. It’s the two bay box we put in small offices for local backups, and it’s what makes a Microsoft 365 backup plan work without paying a cloud vendor forever. Drives are sold separately. Our DS224+ review covers the setup, and the DS225+ is its newer replacement, so everything in it still applies. If you’d rather we set it up and watch it for you, that’s part of our data backup and recovery service.

Samsung T7 Shield portable SSD

The Samsung T7 Shield 2TB is $517.65 today, up from $499.99 in early October. Flash storage prices have climbed a lot this year, so I wouldn’t count on a big drop here. It’s still the drive we like for the offsite backup rotation, and for most small offices the 1TB version holds a weekly copy just fine.

Power

CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD battery backup UPS

Hurricane season officially ends November 30, but summer storms and FPL blips don’t care about the calendar. The CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD is $239.95 today. It’s a pure sine wave UPS with enough runtime for a workstation and a monitor, or a small network closet, to shut down cleanly. Anything under the $227.95 we saw in October is worth grabbing. If you’re not sure whether you need a UPS or a power station, read power station vs UPS first, and our UPS buying guide has the sizing details.

Desks

Docks, mini PCs and portable monitors tend to get the deepest Black Friday discounts, so this is where I’d watch most closely.

UGREEN USB C DisplayLink dual monitor dock

The UGREEN USB C DisplayLink dock (dual 4K) is $169.99 today. It was $119.67 in October, so wait for it to come back down. It’s made for laptops that can’t drive two monitors on their own, like a lot of base model MacBooks. One note: it needs the DisplayLink driver installed, so plan on a few minutes of setup.

Beelink Mini S13 mini PC

The Beelink Mini S13 (Intel N150, 16GB, 500GB) is $349.00 today, and Amazon showed only one left in stock when I checked. It’s a small, quiet box for a front desk or a reception PC that mostly runs a browser and email. Our mini PC roundup covers what it can and can’t handle.

Mobile Pixels Duex Plus portable monitor

The Mobile Pixels Duex Plus portable monitor is $169.99 today. It hit $158.39 during the October sale. It’s a good fit for anyone who works from a truck, a job site or a client’s spare desk.

Shredders

Fellowes AutoMax 100M auto feed shredder

The Fellowes AutoMax 100M auto feed shredder is $265.32 today. You load up to 100 sheets and walk away, which is the whole point in a busy office. If you handle client files, check our P-4 vs P-5 shredder guide before you buy so you get the cut level you actually need.

What I’d skip, even at 60% off

No name WiFi routers, mesh kits and security cameras. They show up in every Black Friday sale with huge discounts, and a lot of them depend on cloud apps that never get updated. Your router is the front door to the whole network, and saving $40 isn’t worth an unpatched one. Same goes for “lifetime” antivirus licenses from third party sellers.

And watch your inbox. Black Friday week is peak season for fake order confirmations and fake shipping texts. If an email says your order has a problem, go to Amazon directly instead of clicking the link. Our post on fake website scams shows what the lookalike stores and order pages tend to look like. And if you want someone keeping an eye on all of this for the office, take a look at our cybersecurity services.

Want a second opinion before you buy?

If you’re buying for a few people, send us the list and we’ll tell you what fits your setup and what doesn’t. HenkTek handles IT for offices in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and around Southwest Florida, and we’d rather you buy the right $58 key than the wrong $350 box. Take a look at our managed IT services or the office equipment we recommend, or reach out for a free assessment. You can also call us at (239) 234-2334.
